Everyone is welcome to join. Going to the Portsmouth Halloween Parade? Don't worry our spooky festivities don't start until 8. Plenty of time to get your parade on and then head across the river and dance the night away to the beat of ALLIGATOR WINE!
There will be prizes for the best costume and spooktacular drink specials all night long!
