• Island Rubbed Pork Loin topped with Tobago Mango Chutney
• Bimini Chicken boneless grilled chicken sauteed with bananas & walnuts in a
  bourbon coconut sauce
• Polenta Cakes with roasted red tomatoes, poblanos & goat cheese, topped with papaya vidalia cream sauce
• Blue Mermaid Salad of mixed greens, grapes, mango, onion & pepper with lemon pepper vinaigrette
• Sauteed Green Beans
• Chef's Vegetable
• Gourmet Sweets including but not limited to Dark Chocolate & Espresso Mousse Cannolis and or Mango Bread Pudding

• Mermaid Beef Medallions grilled filet with maple chipotle compound butter
• Grilled Fiery Mango Pasta available vegetarian or with chicken
• Blue Mermaid Salad of mixed greens, grapes, mango, onion & pepper with lemon pepper vinaigrette
• Garlicky Mashed Potatoes
• Chef's Vegetable, seasonal and inventive
• Gourmet Sweets including but not limited to Dark Chocolate & Espresso Mousse Cannolis and or Mango Bread Pudding

Our variety of dining room options combined with our award winning menus offer a perfect location for: Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers, Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties or Corporate dinners. For intimate gatherings reserve a cozy private dining room, for larger gatherings the main dining room, the lounge or our historic brick Courtyard are available for event rental.
