Reef Seekers Cruise
a cocktail party menu catered by BLUE MERMAID island grill, includes:

• Adobo Seasoned Steak Crostini with roasted red pepper
• Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Canapes
• Authentic Jamaican Beef Patties
• Tortilla Pizza topped with spinach, smoked tomato, jack cheese and caramelized  onions

• Curried Chicken Satays on bamboo skewers
• Island Rubbed Pork Kabobs on bamboo skewers
• Fresh Seasonal Fruit & Imported Cheese Display with artisan breads
• Gourmet Sweets including but not limited to Dark Chocolate & Espresso

Cabana Beach Party
a cocktail party menu catered by BLUE MERMAID island grill, includes:

• Lobster & Mango Crostini in curry infused yogurt
• Calypso Seasoned Chicken Crostini
• Goat Cheese and Tobago Chutney Crostini
• Island Rubbed Steak Satays on bamboo skewers
• Tortilla Pizza topped with Tahitian Beef, spinach, smoked tomato, jack cheese and caramelized onions

Our variety of dining room options combined with our award winning menus offer a perfect location for: Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers, Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties or Corporate dinners. For intimate gatherings reserve a cozy private dining room, for larger gatherings the main dining room, the lounge or our historic brick Courtyard are available for event rental.
